It is wonderful to see how we have changed as per times..I use to always enjoy attending to Bhajans in Mumbai from 1977 to 1986. My uncle late Shri Radhakrishnan of Glaxo was a great bhajan exponent. He use to religiously do bhajans every sat in Cental govt qts and on Shasti days at Chuppamani mama's house at Sion. It is so heartening to know still the Bhajan programs are being conducted in various places. The only worry is lack of participation at times in Chennai. I wish you all the very best if possible you can make a CD of the same and market it at a price of Rs.100 to Rs. 150/- for those who may want to listen to them. Regards S.Narayanan-/Chennai

Hello S Narayanan , nice of you to have mentioned about the changing trends. In fact the Naamasankeerthanam trend has caught up despite regular speedbreakers blocking our culture growth in the form of lopsided culture which neither has any roots nor spine to stand on its own even for a week.
Film music the old ones - ghazals not the recent ones - have found its way in true hearts. Participation as u rightly mentioned is not in anyone's routine other than the organisers.
Hope u get the Digital preserve of this generations atleast to showcase for the coming generations.

The BHAJANOTSAVAM is very wonderful and people can understand such a practice was there. My hearty congratulations to all the organisers of the function. I am a regularly attending the function from Chennai(eventhough I am from Kalpathy,Palakkad). This year BHAJANOTSAVAM was very good.
I pray to the almighty to give enough strength to the members. You can make MP3 with editing and can sell with a reasonable price. So people can listen the Bhajans in their hommes. I request you to send the Inmvitation as soon as you printed for every year. So I can make arrangements to reserve to and fro' trian tickets. Hope you will take necessary action in this.
